Client’s Need

To build a scalable, personalized English learning app that provides non-native speakers access to high-quality coaching, live conversation practice, and skill assessment.

Context

Many English learners struggle due to cost, limited access to native speakers, and a lack of structured feedback. ChatterFox needed a digital platform that could deliver on-demand lessons, real-time correction, and progress tracking at scale.

Tools & Strategies

React Native (or appropriate mobile tech) for cross-platform app delivery. Backend: Node.js / Python (depending) for scalable APIs and data processing. Speech recognition / NLP module for live pronunciation assessment. Admin / Coach Dashboard: to manage coaches, schedule sessions, and review learner data. Analytics & Reporting: tracking learner progress, usage patterns, and feedback loops.
