UI Lead Designer

We are Currently Looking for UI Lead Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide the design team, ensuring high-quality visual design and user interface consistency across all projects.
  • Work closely with the product managers, experienced developers, and other stakeholders for translating the requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Develop and implement design systems, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and scalability across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct usability for testing to inform design decisions, ensuring the user experience remains intuitive and seamless.
  • Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the design team.
  • Stay updated on the various types of UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into the design process to keep the product competitive and innovative.
Requirements And Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with at least two years in a lead or senior design role.
  • Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard design software.
  • A strong portfolio should showcase expertise in UI design skills, design systems, and experience with creating user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Proven experience leading design teams and managing design projects from concept to execution, with strong mentorship abilities.
