Market Competition Challenges
Market Competition Challenges

The asset management businesses of the Southern States in the USA had functional websites with reliable performance metrics. After properly reviewing the sites, we worked to improve the website.

User Research Findings

We conducted a thorough analysis of the competitors, which enabled us to create a proper functional website for the asset management company. We followed various procedures, including stakeholder interviews, analytics reviews, and usability testing. We came up with the following conclusions:

  • The primary users faced challenges taking action on the website due to poor website performance.
  • The lack of interactive features and buttons undermined the site’s trustworthiness and brand image.
  • The site had responsiveness issues, which our team addressed across all devices.

With these findings, we identified the key issues that created a roadblock to a smooth user experience. This enabled us to create a highly functional website for a prominent US asset management company.
